4. Estimates and Pricing

• Online estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change upon site inspection.
• Final pricing will be confirmed after an on-site consultation and assessment of the property.
• Prices may vary based on property conditions, accessibility, soil conditions, and other factors.
• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

5. Scheduling and Appointments

• Sod Installation: We provide a 30-day establishment guarantee on sod installation, provided the customer follows our watering and care instructions.
• Irrigation Systems: We offer a one-year warranty on parts and labor for irrigation system installations.
• Plants: Plant survival depends on proper care; we provide care instructions but cannot guarantee plant survival beyond the initial establishment period.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and access to the work area
• Marking or informing us of underground utilities, septic systems, or other obstacles
• Following care and maintenance instructions provided after service completion
• Ensuring pets and children are kept away from work areas during service
• Watering newly installed sod and plants as directed

9. Limitation of Liability

Garden Cruz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed.
